All bookings made are subject to these terms and conditions, and the person making the booking is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of the individuals staying at The Little Drift.
The Little Drift has the right to change or update these terms and conditions without prior notice by posting amended terms on our website.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: After 3:00 pm to sunset. Please arrive before sunset where possible, as The Little Drift is in a rural location and may be difficult to navigate safely after dark.
Check-out: By 11:00 am.
Variations to these times may be available by prior arrangement. Guests may be charged a fee if arriving earlier or leaving later than the agreed times without approval.
Bookings
The Little Drift is designed for singles or couples and is unsuitable for children under 18. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
No additional guests or visitors are permitted without prior approval. Unauthorized visitors, including service providers, may result in eviction without refund and/or a minimum fee of $250 per person per night. No pets are allowed on the property due to wildlife and stock proximity. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction without refund and a minimum cleaning fee of $250.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellations, loss or damage to belongings, and medical expenses.
Liability
The Little Drift does not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage of personal possessions. Guests stay at their own risk and should be aware of rural hazards, including wildlife, weather conditions, and natural terrain.
Strictly no smoking is permitted on the property or inside accommodation. Evidence of smoking may incur a cleaning fee of a minimum of $250.
Property & Safety
The Little Drift operates on private rural land, adjacent to a working brewery and cellar door. While privacy is respected, the property is a working environment and may have vehicles or staff present at any time.
Guests are responsible for their own safety, acknowledging risks such as wildlife, weather, and rural terrain. The Little Drift is not staffed 24/7.
Cancellation Policy
If The Little Drift cancels due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. bushfire, extreme weather, government shutdown), a gift voucher of equal value will be provided.
Damage & Cleanliness
Guests agree to leave the accommodation as they found it and report any damage. Costs for repairs, replacements, or excess cleaning will be charged to the card on file.
Vehicles
Guests must follow designated routes and park only in assigned areas. The Little Drift accepts no responsibility for vehicle damage due to rural conditions.
Privacy
By booking, you consent to The Little Drift collecting and using your personal information for booking administration and communication. Surveillance may be in use for safety.
Governing Law
